Exchanges, Refunds & Returns

Zilva & Minn has a reasonable and flexible policy for exchanges and refunds to ensure every customer can exchange an item if it does not fit, or receive a full refund in the unlikely event an item is damaged or faulty in anyway.


We will happily exchange the item for a different size (subject to availability) if the item has not been worn or damaged in anyway. Due to health regulations exchanges on earrings will not be accepted so please choose carefully. Zilva & Minn provides detailed descriptions for all jewellery and accessories to assist with your selection and has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colour of any item with complete accuracy. Unfortunately exchanges and refunds are not provided based on colour selection.


We will happily offer a full refund in the unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged, provided it has not incurred damage through your own fault. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We will endeavour to repair any faulty item or replace it with the same product (subject to availability). You must notify Zilva & Minn of your intention to exchange an item within seven days of your receipt of the item (enquiries@zilvaminn.com.au). Items must be returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the item and must be returned in their original condition for an exchange to be considered. Please ensure the return item is wrapped and protected or we will not accept the return. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in an acceptable condition before offering an exchange or refund (for faulty or damaged items only). Please note you are required to pay the return postage charges and the additional postage charges for your exchanged item to be sent to you. Please post your return item, together with a copy of your completed Exchanges/Return Form (which can be downloaded from the link below) and a self-addressed prepaid express post satchel (500g) or express post platinum satchel (500) if you would like your return item insured up to $100 to: (Attention: Melanie de Lange) 2 Buckley Street, Balnarring VIC 3926.
